Any progress is progress!
I've lost an inch off my waist, an inch off my hips and a .5 off my thighs.
I'll admit, I haven't been 100%, and I haven't done much cardio. I walk as much as I can when the weather is nice.
I'm not comfortable showering at work with my colostomy or my scar. Then when I work out at the end of the day I just rush and want to get home.
My goal going forward these next 4 weeks will be morning home workouts. It's going to suck in the cold garage but I just have to suck it up. I did it before, I can do it again. I plan on sticking to the meal plan as well. Meal prep is key!
I can see most of the change in my midsection. It's hard to get an accurate measurement due to the stoma device. Next time I'll measure without it.

I can see a tiny change in my glutes and back. Still a lot of work to do there and on legs.

I really need my butt to shrink 🤣
Having a full hysterectomy and being put through menopause is not fun. My hormones are so out of whack now.
