
My longest and furthest walk to date. The weather was perfect other then the mosquitoes feeding on my legs I probably could have walked longer.
I got my weight up to 122, so I'm feeling healthy. I'm still experiencing some shortness of breath but the more I push myself the better that will get, I hope. My abdominal brace definitely helps a lot.
Hopefully I can start lifting soon. Not heavy of course. I think those days are over for me. I really need to tone up. So light weights, high reps it will be. Soon!
