Back at it!

I've made a promise to myself to start walking at least 30 minutes every morning. I was really beginning to get on the lazy bandwagon. Making excuses, eating bad. I just can't do it anymore. If I want to survive this cancer, prevent reoccurrence, I need to get it together. 

My goal is to get down to a 17 min pace within a month. My wound is still healing and I still have one more chemo to get through. They may slow me down some, but I won't let either be an excuse to not get out and walk. I need this.
