  2. Barbell Row into a Bicep Curl

Superset 4 sets / 8-12 reps

  1. DB Single Leg Romanian into a Curtsy Lunge
  2. DB Row into a TRICEP Kickback

Superset 4 sets / 8-12 reps

  1. Shoulder combo side raise/ front raise/ overhead press 
  2. DB Squat into a calf raise
