- dumbbell overhead TRICEP extension
- plate front raises w/ 4 twists FRONT DELTS
SUPERSET 3 sets/ 12-15 reps
- dumbbell hammer curls BICEPS 💪🏼
- dumbbell TRICEP kickbacks
- Barbell upward rows DELTS
BURNOUT: combo dumbbell rear delts, front raise & side raise as many as I could do
