Gettin in an arm pump!

Quick arm workout today. 💪🏼 All that matters is "you did it!" Make no excuses, you'll regret it!

SUPERSET  3 sets/ 12-15 reps 

  1. barebell 21's BICEPS 💪🏼 
  2. dumbbell overhead TRICEP extension
  3. plate front raises w/ 4 twists FRONT DELTS

SUPERSET   3 sets/ 12-15 reps

  1. dumbbell hammer curls BICEPS 💪🏼 
  2. dumbbell TRICEP kickbacks
  3. Barbell upward rows DELTS

BURNOUT: combo dumbbell rear delts, front raise & side raise as many as I could do
